Lay the hat flat for 24 hours upon receipt
Put a thin layer of fabric over the hat and iron at medium temperature to restyle
Spot clean

Most items are handwoven or made with natural fibers. Spot clean or handwash in cold water, lay flat to dry. Avoid harsh detergents and high heat.
