Return Approval Requirements

All returns must be requested and approved before items are shipped back.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Some products or brands may have a shorter return window, which will be clearly stated on the product page and will override the 14-day period.

Returned products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags, hygiene seals, packaging, and included accessories intact. This includes brand packaging and any accompanying documentation such as certificates, warranty cards, or inserts.

Certain products are fulfilled by independent brand partners. Returns and refunds for these items are subject to brand-specific policies and inspection outcomes.

Refund Eligibility

  • Footwear: When trying on shoes, please do so on a carpeted or protected surface to avoid marks on the soles. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, which is considered part of the product. The shoebox should be placed inside an external shipping box to prevent damage during transit. Returns may be declined if the shoebox is missing or damaged.
  • Intimate Apparel & Swimwear: Briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear. The protective adhesive strip must remain intact and must not be removed for the item to be eligible for return.
  • Bags, White Fabrics & Light-Colored Apparel: Dye transfer from darker clothing, makeup marks, deodorant stains, perfume scents, or other visible signs of wear may make the item ineligible for return.
  • Fragile Items: Some brands on WONENA offer fragile or heavy handcrafted items such as ceramics or glassware. For these products, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using their preferred carrier. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging with all protective materials.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Return Instructions

Return instructions, including whether a prepaid label will be provided or if the customer must arrange shipping, will be communicated upon approval.

  1. Customers are responsible for following the approved return instructions, including using the correct return address and shipping method.
  2. WONENA is not responsible for returns sent to incorrect addresses or not following the provided instructions. If a return label is provided, it must be used unless otherwise instructed.
  3. For most returns, WONENA will issue a return shipping label once the return request has been reviewed and approved.
  4. For certain items or brands, return shipping labels may not be provided. In these cases, customers will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment using their preferred shipping carrier.
  5. Specific return instructions will be provided once the return request is approved.

Once a return is approved, items must be shipped within 5 days. Returns shipped after this timeframe will be subject to partial refund or may be denied.

When customers arrange their own return shipment, a trackable shipping method is required. WONENA is not responsible for returns lost in transit without valid tracking confirmation.

Inspection at Arrival

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. WONENA reserves the right to refuse or issue a partial refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or missing components. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for non-defective returns, depending on the product and brand.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns shipped without prior approval or not following the provided return instructions may be refused or may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Processing times may vary depending on the brand partner and may extend beyond standard timelines. Once the return is approved and received, WONENA typically processes refunds within 2–4 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received, inspected, and approved by WONENA and/or the brand partner, in accordance with applicable return conditions.
  • Please note that your financial institution may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

WONENA is not liable for delays or differences in processing caused by brand partners, but will work in good faith to support resolution.
