International Orders
For delivery addresses outside the United States, the customer is solely responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid upon delivery.
Preorders
Some items on our platform may be available as preorders. In these cases:
- We request fulfillment confirmation from our suppliers.
- If no confirmation is received within 30 days, we will automatically reverse the transaction without capturing any payment.
- This policy protects our customers and ensures transparency around preorder timelines.
Shipping Times
Shipping timeframes vary depending on the item’s origin and fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your item is shipped.
Grouped Shipments
When possible, items from the same supplier will be shipped together to reduce environmental impact and packaging waste.
