KIN THE LABEL processes domestic orders within approximately 2–3 days and ships primarily via UPS ground from its warehouse. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange if items remain unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Returns requesting store credit require a USPS return label billed to the customer, while exchanges receive a prepaid return label. Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

We offer free shipping on US orders over $40.  Some of our products are available internationally, please note that duties may apply and they are not included. 

All orders are processed within two business days of purchase.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • 3–8 business days for items from U.S. brands.
