Shipping & Handling

🚛 This product is fulfilled by The Talavera Hub.

The Talavera Hub processes most orders within 3–7 business days and offers free standard shipping within the United States on eligible retail orders. Many items are handcrafted in Mexico and consolidated to a U.S. facility before shipment, and international customers are responsible for duties, VAT, and customs fees. The brand is responsible for replacements or refunds for items that arrive cracked or broken, when contacted inmediately after arrival. Orders are non-refundable for other reasons.

We offer free shipping on US orders over $40.  Some of our products are available internationally, please note that duties may apply and they are not included. 

All orders are processed within two business days of purchase.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • 3–8 business days for items from U.S. brands.
  • 5–14 business days for pre-orders, if the item is available.
