Crafted from sustainable cork and 6mm thick plant foam it offers maximum comfort and stability. You can use it wherever you want or need extra support, for example in postures where you put pressure on your knees. We love using it in headstands too.

Wipe cork surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh soaps. Allow to air dry flat. Do not store damp. Cork is naturally antimicrobial and requires minimal cleaning.
